KXT Company Yunnan team building activities came to a successful end

To enhance teamwork and a sense of belonging among employees, KXT held a five-day group building event in Lijiang and Dali, Yunnan Province, in February 2025. The event aims to deepen employees' understanding of the team through cultural experiences and outdoor challenges, thus injecting new vitality into the future development of the company.

Lijiang: Self-challenge under the snow mountain and cultural cohesion of the ancient city
In the first event in Lijiang, participants did a snow mountain climb at the foot of Yulong Snow Mountain. This project not only tested the physical strength of the employees, but more importantly, stimulated the trust and mutual aid spirit between them.
At night, all members walked in the old town of Lijiang and felt the unique local customs.

Dali: Erhai cycling and innovative exploration of double corridor ancient town
After moving to Dali, the team continued to carry out passionate activities, and employees rode in groups on the Erh beach to further promote team cooperation.
It is reported that KXT plans to normalize this "cultural travel + team building" model, which will combine the regional characteristics and corporate strategic goals of each region to continue to create a warm and productive team growth experience.
